Shadowfist and Freezerburn

You follow Thirak down the road towards the warehouse where he believes Korak is hiding. The trip is mainly without incident; another blast almost strikes you about halfway there, but Thirak slows down time ("Sands of time, decrease thy flow!") so that you can move out of range.

Once you reach the warehouse (and after Thirak returned the timeflow to normal speed), you begin to feel uneasy for some reason. You warn Thirak and he prepares himself before kicking the door in. The two of you enter the darkened warehouse. "That's odd," you say. "If Korak is using this place, why is it so dark?"

"He isn't" a voice calls out from the dark. This voice is deep and malevolent, full of hate and spite. You jump as the door slams shut behind you. Thirak runs over and tries the door, but finds that it is locked.

All of a sudden, the lights come on. Two people are standing in the rafters. One is dressed all in black, with wild black hair and a mischievous smirk on his face. The other is taller, dressed in red and light blue, with spiky red hair streaked with light blue. This one has a very evil look on his face. Both men are wearing strange red belts with blinking blue crystals where the buckle should be.

"Who are you?" you demand. This must have been what made you feel strange outside.

The one in black grins. He speaks in a light tone, almost completely filled with insanity. "I am Shadowfist, master of the shadows and darkness. My partner here is Freezerburn, with command over fire and ice."

The one in red and blue, Freezerburn, laughs. His voice is the dark, malevolent voice that revealed that Korak wasn't using this warehouse. "We set this up, Thirak," he says. "Your brother hired us to plant the evidence and lead you astray so he could work without your disturbance. And he gave us both special Time-Belts so that we would be unaffected by your time-control powers."

"Great," Thirak grumbles. He leans toward you and whispers, "I'm gonna take them on with the only offensive magic I know, the Pulse Wave. You try to disable them."

"How?" you ask.

"Think of something!" Thirak whispers harshly, then turns toward Shadowfist and Freezerburn, assuming a martial arts posture.
