it was a dream?

you wake up and your in a hospital with a huge gash on your head the doctor says "You were attacked by a man with a bat you were hit on the head and were in coma but i kissed you and you woke up.... three days later." first who would attack me and second THE DOCTOR KISSED ME?!???!?!??!
