creepy room & weird noises

The room under the trapdoor looked abandon, there was cobwebs everywhere and a lot of rat poo. after exploring the room a little bit you suddendly heard a weird noise dehind you, in the shadows. getting a bit scared you searched for an exit, and there was one door. It was a rusted iron door with some red liquid on it, but ignoring it you went through the door.
