Cats and Dogs

As you debate whether you should help him or not, he throws you a curve ball. "My sister would like some food also. HEY, SIS!", he yells.

His sister comes in. She is a perfectly normal, albeit malnourished, child ... except that her lower half is that of a tiger or other large cat! You decide you'd better help them. Admittedly, your sudden desire to help is mainly because you notice that they both have fangs. Once inside, you ask them what happened to them, to make them the way they are.

"Well", the boy begins, as his sister eagerly devours the sloppy joes you've dished up ...
