There is a sudden feeling of emersion, like being trapped inside something. Desperately, you push out with all your strength. You break through whatever is restraining you and emerge out into an incredible light, a light so like the one you saw before. What was it? You look closer. Things begin to lose their haze. A huge shadow falls on the ground before you. You turn (it seems so strange, as if there is no vertebrae to stop you from twisting all the way around). An immense shapeless form is standing behind you. It draws closer and you feel hot wind blowing against you. What was this? You recognize the shape and look down in panic. Your body is a white stalk; no arms, no legs. And then you recognize the material you are sitting in. OH MY GOD!! I'm a dung beetle!!!
One more reason not to be a Hindu.
