Reverting

Albert loads you into a seemingly unattended wagon and impressively begins hauling you back into town. "Are you taking me to the vet?" you ask, attempting to lighten the mood somewhat.

"This is no laughing matter," Albert replies, no trace of a smile on his face. "You need to conserve all of your--"

He gasps, and you know immediately that something is wrong. You clap your hands over your mouth and realise that your face is pushing inward. Within sixty seconds, your snout has divided into a separate nose and mouth. You feel more like your old self, but you are so drained of energy that you barely can move. Meanwhile, Albert is hyperventilating.
