You then get turned upright, your feet get tied together and your arms are pinned to your sides.

Looking in a glass building you see Raffles in a ballonist's basket, just below your feet.

"You are now my slave and getaway transport!" he jeers "Now, inflate and take us up!"

"And if I refuse?"
