Walking in a Winter Wasteland

After carefully moving off the slippery surface you and VanGoys continue on your way. "What do we do now?" you ask.

"We need to look for traces of human, or apelike life." replies VanGoys "When we do, we'll have a better idea of where and when the disruption happened."

"We won'd find anything out in this bleak barren icebox" you reply, looking round and seeing nothing but snow and ice in every direction, and your huge yeti footprints behind you.
