Strange whered those flowers come from?

As you walk down the stairs you feel very off balance, I mean hay youve never had breasts before! When you reach the bottom you find that the whole house has been remodled instead of white wallpaper its now pink and yellow and the sofas are different too. As you look near the door you see a large pile of gifts and a bouquit of flowers on the card it reads "Good luck with the baby you'll nead it!" just then you feel a strange sensation in your midsectchin you look down and find that your breasts arent all thats round!
