Two-headed Fred

Before you could say anyting, the unconsious Fred suddenly wakes up and tackles the other Fred. In the scuffle, the two broke several potion vials that resulted in cloud of dust. When the dust cloud settled, you were amazed to see the two Freds now sharing a body. They became a Two-headed Fred Wolf.
