Ignorance Illusion

"Fred, the photo is making you see things," you tell Fred, who is still admiring himself in the mirror. You hold up the photo to show him. Fred takes a look at it. "We look normal in this, what are you talking about?" He says, after handing it back. You look at it again, and once again you see the changed photo, though it seems you are the only one seeing the change.

"You say Albert right?" you ask Fred, "He's convinced he's put on weight, and your convinced you've put on muscle," you say, trying to break through this... illusion? Delusion? You are not sure. "Well, he looked fine to me," says Fred, flexing.

"And that's what I'm telling you!?" you say feeling like he's missing the point, "Your not any buffer then usual." The comment seems to fly through one ear and out the other as Fred continues admiring himself. It was similar with Albert, he seems not to registrar what you are saying and insisted he's fat.

So it's useless trying to convince them, so what can you do?
