Out of Towners

You look around and see that you are in a town, but you don't recognize it. There's a large building in front of you that looks like the Town Hall. You have to find out where you are, so you walk in.

The place is enormous inside. All the doors are double wide, the chairs in the lobby are twice as big as normal chairs, the room itself is about twice the size of a normal lobby. In fact, everything looks like a bigger version of a normal lobby. There's a large desk in front of you with a guy with his back to you looking into a filing cabinet. You approach him to start looking for answers.
