this is different

you quickly slurp the fifth potion, you thank god as you feel your manhood shrinking and returning to normal, but you feel another change... your head feels heavier, you notice a metal nose ring appearing on your snout, you think this is not too bad, until it grows, it increases to about a foot in diameter, an inch thick throughout, it stops but you see chains attaching to it, the chains are stuck to the wall and with all the chains your head is stuck taught...
