Wishing (again?)

"Wait a minute!" you yell into the air, "You said you'd give me a wish as well!" For a moment, there is complete silence. Something tells you that the leprechaun was hoping you'd forgotten that with the loss of at least some of your weight. Then suddenly, the leprechaun appears before you in a flash of green. "Aye, so I did promise ye, didn't I?" he says. "Okay, tubbo, what will be your wish then? To slim down again?"

You think, 'That was probably the plan all along, get me to use my last wish to fix his 'mistake', but what if I wish for something else? I could probably drop the weight on my own now. What should I wish for?'
