Help me, Pharaoh!

You try to make some sort of psychic connection to Yugi and his alter ego to guide you through this duel. As you cannot attack on your first turn, you decide to play defensively. As the card with the highest defence points in your hand looks like the Skilled White Magician, you play it in defence mode. You also set the trap card Bottomless Trap Hole and end your turn. Two holographic images of face-down cards appear before you.

Marik plays the Skilled Dark Magician in attack mode, causing a hologram of his monster to appear. As your monster has 1900 defence points and his monster has 1900 attack points you decide not to waste your trap. Marik then plays the spell card Stop Defence, and a hologram of your monster appears, changed from defence position to attack position.

Marik then explains, "You may notice a little liberty taken with a few of the monsters in this format." You look at the field and notice that this is true. Your Skilled White Magician has been transformed into the Skilled Rib Tickler, while Marik's Skilled Dark Magician has become the Skilled Foot Tickler. Both monsters hold long poles with feathers on the end. And his monster has 200 more attack points than yours.

Marik orders the Skilled Foot Tickler to attack the Skilled Rib Tickler. The Skilled Foot Tickler points his pole at the Skilled Rib Tickler and your monster disappears. Then you feel the sensation of your feet being tickled. You laugh before you're aware of what you're doing. The tickling does not last long, and you stop laughing.

Marik then directs your attention to your duel disk. The number displayed in red has lowered from 8000 to 7600. Marik explains that your Laugh Point count has gone down due to your laughter when you took Giggle Damage during the battle. Marik then sets a trap card and ends his turn. You ask why, when his monster had only 200 more attack points than yours, your Laugh Points went down by 400, and Marik explains that your laughter determined how much your laugh Points were reduced.

You then play Brain Control to take control of the Skilled Foot Tickler for one turn, and order it to tickle Marik directly. But Marik reveals his trap card, Magic Cylinder. The Skilled Foot Tickler's Attack is negated and turned back on you, and this time you have to feel the full tickling of 1900 attack points. As hard as you try not to laugh, the laughter leaks out of you as the tickling last for a considerably longer time. When the tickling finsihes, your Laugh Points stand at 3800. Marik explains that you must be twice as ticklish as most people. And when the Skilled Foot Tickler returns to him, one more attack might do you in.

But your turn is not over, and you are able to play the spell Tribute Doll to offer the Skilled Foot Tickler as a tribute in order to summon the Dark Magician (who appears to have been remade into Tickling Magician). With his 2500 attack points, he should be able to protect you from Marik's next move...
