Kathor the Strong

There is a knock on the door and a voice calls out from the other side. "I know you're in here, brother! Open this door before I break it down!"

Thorak grins and readies the device, then opens the door. The large man on the other side instantly body-slams Thorak to the ground. Unlike the wiry Thorak this man is huge! Musclebound, with wild black hair and firey eyes, this man is a sight to see. He wears tattered black shorts and a black trenchcoat, but no shirt. Thorak looks up and asks "What is the meaning of this, brother Kathor?"

Kathor glares at Thorak. "Don't play dumb with me!" he growls, picking up the device. He looks at it, then presses one button. Instantly, the transformation you experienced is over. Your mind, body, etc. is all back to normal. Ellie, no longer frozen, bolts out the door and runs. You, however, are curious as to what happened (and you want revenge on Thorak).

You ask Kathor what he did, and he shows you the device, indicating the button he pressed: a small red button on the bottom of the device labeled "reset all". Kathor then growls at Thorak again, and crushes the device in his huge hand. Thorak groans and sits up, but you walk over and deliver a nice swift kick to the side of his head to send him back down. You know he deserved much worse, but it'll do for now.

When you ask Kathor how he arrived so quickly, he laughs and explains that he saw his brother in the driveway, and he saw you following him. "Thorak is a selfish, intolerant, racist, perverted, bigoted asshole. He is the antithesis to everything honorable and decent in the world. Nobody likes him. Nobody would ever go with him under their own free will. He had to be controlling you somehow. I saw him enter the room where he had been keeping Ellie since he kidnapped her. So I decided to pay my little bro a visit. Good thing I did, eh? I don't even want to think about what he was planning for you, ugh" Kathor shivered in disgust as he spoke the last word.

"So, kid," Kathor said brightly, "Now what'cha gonna do?"
