Whats going on here?

A metal structure rolls into the room and up against your belly. An exhausted Meowth comes around the side of the structure.

"We really have to put a motor on this thing. So, I'm assuming you want to get out of here, right? I want you to help me with a little experiment first." He apparently hits a switch on the box, because the lid lifts. Inside are a pair of Charmander feet, soles up, and perfectly still. "All I want you to do is tickle these for a while, alright? Then, I'll let you out."
