"We recently discovered a gene which causes telepathy, telekinesis, and the ability to create something out of nothing. we also extracted dna from preservations of strange creatures of myth, supposedly satan himself and from other well-known people with supposed magic powers. we have a serum here that has been tested, but it apparently only works on young people. it gives people magic powers but on a full moon or any unholy day, it can cause users to become agressive and boosts it's power tenfold. on holy days, the power is weakened and users may suffer fatigue. it also allows a different form to be taken upon. we have only dose, and as smaller doses only have effect on unholy days, <your name> have to take the serum." the doctor explained.
