You are a teen of the Modern Era. The only exercise you get is from moving your thumbs on a game controller and darn it you're proud of that!

Besides, your parrents fight super villains for a living. By now you are pretty used to things like this, like that time your family got attacked by ninjas while out golfing.

So with a very calm attitude you throw yourself onto the couch, call for a pizza and start playing on the EXtreme Box, confident you can fix things before your parrents come home and ground you to eternity.

Later on you hear a knock on the door...
