A Foxy Rooster

You look around to see if the coast is clear before jumping the fence. As it turns out there is a guard dog in this farm. he happened to ne standing just where you landed when you so blindly jumped over the fence.

Hearing your paws touch the ground the dog spins on his heel. You instinctively back away until you're pushing up against the side of the fence.

The dog effectively has you cornered and at his mercy. 'What are you doing over here?' he growls at you, patiently waiting for an answer.

You realize that he did not see you jump the fence. There is hope yet!

'don't you know walking this close to the fence can be dangerous? a fox could have just reached over and grabbed you!' he continues

'actually,' you say, 'That's why im here. I came to tell you I heard some odd noises comeing from the north end of the farm. Sound almost like someone was digging under the fence!'

'Egads!' the dog exclaims. 'If they arn't jumping over the walls of this place one moment they are tunneling under them the next. whats next? flying machines?'

Not wasteing another minute with you the dog rushes off to stop the imaginary invaders. Leaving you to wander calmly into the farm and dissapear among the rest of the chickens.
