Have them use a different tool

You beg to have a different tool used instead. The two ticklers stop. And they untie you and let you up, Turtelli says, "Are you sure?" You beg yes. Then the two goons hold you and Turtelli pushes a button that brings down a chair rusty the goons strap you in and it turns out it's a tickle chair. The chair holds up your arms and five plastic Arms tickle your sides. Turtelli says it's what you asked for and give while you laugh
