Second skin

You look down and see a very unrealistic doll. You look down and on you leg your see a button "HELLO AND WELCOME TO SECOND SKIN" it blurts out "WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE YOURSELF MORE REALISTIC" you respond yes "and it says "ENJOY THE RIDE" suddenly you fall unconscious.

When you wake up the suit has been removed and you lie on what looks like an operating table "its complete" you hear someone say "get up take a look" what are you?
