Well technically you're only being tortured TWICE as much.

As the pyrots descend you realize that at this point there's no way to escape. The tickle torture is waaayyy too much now that you've got twice as many tickle-able extremities, which are all even more sensitive thanks to that potion.

As they begin sawing feathers through your toes you begin to lose consciousness, however not quickly enough to save you the embaressment of wetting yourself first.
