Can we break for a snack?

A fresh potion does sound more of a sound idea to you then one that's been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. Plus it may be a good idea to get at least some experiance with this, who knows, it may come in handy in the future. "Do you think you could teach me?" You ask Agatha. She thinks about it, "I don't see why not," she says, floating over to the cauldron. The cobwebs jump off and the wood underneath bursts into flames. "Just be warned, potionmaking is an art, it needs both talent and knowledge to get any good at it, so your going to have to be totally focused if you want a potion to work correctly."

"I think I can manage that," you say, walking up to the caudron. You need to get back to yourself, so you think you can remain a good level of...

'Grrrrrrrrr'

Your stomach rumbles heavily again, and you realize that your starving from the climb. "Um..." you say, as you mind becomes distracted by the empty sensation. "Really?" says Agatha, raising an eyebrow. "I'm sure I can..."

"GRRRRRRRR"

"Stop that!" you yell at your stomach. Agatha holds back a laugh. "Perhaps we should take care of that first," she says, "I'll go get some food," she say, as a large book rises off of a work bench and floats over to a stand by the cauldron. "This book contains most of my formulas, read the prepatory entry for potion basics, and we'll continue after you've had a bite to eat." She floats out the door, disappearing from sight. You walk over to the book, and flip through a few pages. You see such formulas as 'to cure a cold, and 'to reduce wrinkles' to much more advanced entries like 'to fly on the wings of a sparrow' and 'to dicern the truth on the toungues of others'. Judging from the number of entries, Agatha has potions for just about anything, with instructions on how to prepare them. Perhaps you could give one of them a try, after all, everything you need should be right here. Then again, would it be wise to without Agatha's instructions?
