As you make your suggestion, you get a number of reactions. First off, Max bursts out in hysterical laughter. While he is cracking up, the Alpha doesn't look entirely happy or open to the idea, but as you get into the more specific details, his expression slowly changes from on of disapproval to curiosity. Max doesn't stop laughing though.
"It's a bit... unusual I admit," says the Alpha, still scrutinizing the idea, "But it is a rather creative solution, though I'm not sure how the pack will receive it." Over the backyard sound of Max's guffaws, you try to keep your mind on track, "It'll take some convincing, and maybe a bit of work, but if we can get some momentum going and ignite everyone's competitiveness again, then that's something to work with. At the very least it'll get them back into some form of organization and effectiveness physically, and if we're lucky, they'll start honestly joking in the other direction until I can get the ring off and get everyone back to normal."
"And here I thought I'd seen every stunt you youngins could pull" says Max, still snorting, "I can't tell you how much I love this idea." The Alpha considers a short period longer, "Okay, we'll give it a try. You'll be spearheading this," he says pointing to you, "Let me know if there is anything you need, and we'll set up and get things started..."

You set up in the meeting room, you manage to get your computer equipment and projector and set it up with a connection online, pulling a number of files off various sites. After your ready, the Alpha calls a meeting. Everyone except Cameron and Bob manage to attend, though by this time even the absence of the two biggest members of the pack still leaves very little wiggle room after everyone has been pulled through the doors.
"Alright, everyone," says the Alpha seriously, "With everything that has happened I know your all in the dumps, but we're going to have to get over it and work with what hand we've been dealt. Since Cameron is out of commission at the moment, I've temporarily raised the Omega to third in command, or Delta position while we transition. As Bob hasn't been dealt a punishment for his behavior, he is currently active omega until further notice..." This raises a few heads in attention, as shifting the role of Omega meant they had someone to poke fun at now, which meant they would be able to relieve some of their tensions.
"As for our current predicament, the Delta has come up with a rather creative solution, so give him your attention." The Alpha hands the floor over to you, and you take a deep breath and let it out, hoping that you weren't about to get crucified. You put on your best face and begin to explain your idea. "SO, who here has heard about Sumo...?"
